How are late-night & daytime talk shows able to return while the actors are still on strike? Are actors picketing the studios where these shows are filmed? Are hosts and writers crossing the picket lines? (I guess "no" & "no" are the answers.) Could actors appear on these shows and talk about their personal lives instead of professional projects? Or would that not be allowed because they're appearing on struck networks?
