LPT How to stop gas pump from clicking off before you’re tank is full Hey everyone! Does your gas pump keep shutting off on you while filling up and you know your tank is far from being full? No problem just spin the handle of the pump 180 degrees up towards the sky and start pumping again. This should solve the problem of it turning off, but it will still auto stop fueling when the tank is full.
