What happened to Agoda/Booking.com?
What happened to Agoda/Booking.com? Both used to be my go-to booking sites, but now I’m hearing so many horror stories from accommodations and guests. Trustpilot reviews are not exactly reassuring either with both hovering around a terrible 1.3-1.5/5 score. What happened?
