Is the housing market too overvalued to buy right now? I purchased a small house in a not great area 3 years ago. I have a 2% mortgage on it. I am looking to upgrade a bit to something slightly larger in a slightly nicer area, but I'm a bit spooked by the high prices and much much higher interest rates.
