Teach me about tubing mascara please! I just saw a post about holy grail mascara and some were chatting about tubing mascaras. Sounds perfect for me - but I’m a cheapo 😂 What are my cheapest options to try out first? And explain how to remove it - I thought just water but maybe not? Washable vs waterproof? Explain like I’m five 😂😂
