Should I take a 2k pay cut? I’m an accountant and pivoting from industry to public accounting. I making 70k in industry and just received a Big 4 offer for 68k. Should I take the pay cut to get the experience? Extra context: I have 9 months of full time experience and also did an internship & co-op in industry.
