Is there any issues with buying a old mobile home
Is there any issues with buying a old mobile home Other then the usual needed repairs, is the any issue with buying a old mobile home that's already in a park for under 100k? My thinking is a loan/mortgage could be paid off in 2-5 years for under the amount you'd pay to rent something like that.
