India: Diwali or Dev Diwali? Hi, I'm solo travelling to India in November (c 30 Oct - 14 Nov). I still haven't finalised the route but something like Punjab => Delhi => (possibly Rajasthan) => Varanasi The plan was to be in Varanasi over Diwali. However I've since read about Dev Diwali, which is supposed to be stunning in Varanasi. I'm now thinking of changing the timetable...
