Has anyone ever dealt with Cross Servicing federal debt agency? My husband gets paid monthly and this month (check date October 01) his paycheck was garnished. We pulled CR and found out the source was from his past military service. He was paid I think 2 pay periods after separation. He did notify them of the pay, they responded “not to worry about it.” (No this is not in writing.) We are not at all trying ...
