How can I recreate this look and what lipstick would give this finish? I’ve seen a few “tutorials” but none of them seem to quite get the Troi look. I’m going to start experimenting but I’d love some guidance, especially with the lips and eyeliner! And obligatory, I’m not the creator, it’s from Star Trek.
