Return fraud potential? We have an ecommerce store that sells expensive goods. We had a return request for a $1k shirt due to DHL supposedly losing and causing "water damage" to the shirt - but DHL claims it was delivered and never lost. The customer was very insistent it was lost and found by DHL and delivered a few days later. Tracking details don't corroborate these...
