Is there any website where we can read a collection of Travel Insurance reviews in which non-claimants are filtered out? Comparing policies and costs is a good thing, but I'm far more interested in knowing (1) how much hassle they give you (losing documents, for example, or assigning your case to a different adjuster without telling you), and (2) how long they take to pay on claims.
