Sales in First Week? How? Hello all, I see a lot of e-commerce stores that launch and get sales right away. Even if it'd just a few sales, it is still a great achievement. How is it done? Is it just possible with G-ads and/or Facebook ads? How would a small tiny store be able to get itself out there? Cheers and thanks
