Am I missing something about buying a manufactured home? Basically, my partner and I will come into a sum of money soon. Enough to buy a small manufactured home (made after 1976) up front. So after an inspection to make sure its in good condition, and once it is paid for (all at once, no monthly payments) is that... it?
