Is there a need for late shipment notification service? Would you use a service that sends you an email/text with a list of orders that:
Aren't yet fulfilled after x number of days Are undelivered after x number of days Have tracking still in the pre-shipment status after x days (carrier never scanned. Could be stuck in a warehouse or mail truck).
