Hickory smoked, striploin/pork belly burger!

Hickory smoked, striploin/pork belly burger! Brioche bun, thick cut bacon, homemade dill pickles, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard. The meat was 80/20 approximately, and I ground it myself. Cooked to 145F, touch of pink, SUPER juicy.
