LPT Request: How to have a good night of sleep
LPT Request: How to have a good night of sleep I’ve never really had a good night of sleep. I’ve slept for varying amounts of time from 2 hours (after which I feel strangely refreshed) to a little over 14 hours (after which I feel strangely tired) No matter what I do, after getting a reasonable (8-10h) of sleep, I wake up and feel like I could just fall asleep again. Any advice?
