In Philippines right now and none of my cards work in ATM. How can I get cash?
In Philippines right now and none of my cards work in ATM. How can I get cash? I have two credit cards and a debit card. I've tried each at over 20 ATM's. None will let me withdraw cash. They all say something like "we cannot process your request". I called customer service and they were no help at all. The area I'm in is virtually all cash, none accept cards. I'm totally stuck, any advice would be helpful.
