Deposited $300 cash to a CitiBank atm but it returned an error, what are my options? As the title states, the atm returned a receipt with a phone number and it had an atm # (this happened July 19). I called Citi as soon as it happened. Citi opened an 'investigation' and they initially deposited the $300 but then they removed it.
