NYX “I know that’s bright” Palette, half the shades not for eyes?
NYX "I know that's bright" Palette, half the shades not for eyes? I bought this palette from Target and only just realized that half of the colors aren't meant to be used on the eyes, just the cheeks and temples. I regularly use my blushes on my eyelids, how serious are these instructions? Would it be a health risk to use them on my eyelids anyway?
