Best lip gloss or lip stick for chapped lips? I like the look of lip gloss and lip stick but my lips always get chapped when I wear it. I want a lip gloss or lip stick that won’t make my lips chapped. Preferably a brand that makes colored lip glosses or lipsticks but I’m also open to suggestions for clear lip glosses I could wear over a lip tint.
