Has anyone here been to El Valle, Colombia? I've got a question about the weather! I am visiting Colombia at the end of November until mid-December. I would love to visit El Valle because the beaches look very beautiful. The problem is that the weather forecasts indicate that it will rain non-stop. Where I live, in Vancouver, it rains a lot, but it is not continuous as the forecast always...
