LPT Request: How do I stop feeling extremely anxious right after waking up? Whenever I wake up from naps or sleep in general, I am bombarded constantly by negative thoughts and general anxiety about myself and my future. It doesn't help that I am in kind of a rough phase in my life currently, and am also going through a breakup, but this has been happening from before the breakup as well. I cannot get these thoughts out...
