Will an arrest effect an esta?
Will an arrest effect an esta? I'm hoping to travel to the USA from the UK in the next year and will be applying for a esta. 6 years ago I was arrested and cautioned over a minor charge. I'm just wondering how this will effect my application or would it be looked into if I didn't disclose the arres full stop? Any help and advice is appriciated.
