Buy mobile home or continue renting it We moved into a 55+ community. There are 15 homes and won't be any more. The owners put in the last 5 and we moved into one. It's under 1000 sqft, very basic appliances, trim, carpet, etc. No frills living, but we love it and it's perfect for us. We have the option to buy it if we want. We've been living here for 1.5 years now, renting for $1250...
