Basic with makeup, suggestions please. Makeup isn't something I'm super comfortable with. I'm in need of suggestions to elevate myself up. I feel a bit washed out even when I do wear makeup. For context I usually just do a light under eye brighter and powder with a nude eyeshadow and mascara. The second photo is most recent. Thanks!
