Downsize now or wait? We purchased a home about 4 years ago, but life circumstances have changed and we no longer really need so much house. We have a 2.5% rate and estimated 200k in equity. We’re looking for something around the 350k mark. I plan to use the equity we have now as a down payment. That said, does it matter if we sell now or wait until the market cools...
