Should I leave my job for a 25% pay raise? My current salary is 112k + bonuses and I love the company. I enjoy the people I work with, we make great products and it’s generally a good working environment. I was offered 140k + bonuses + 20k sign on bonus. This company has a good reputation in the industry and I am excited about what I would be working on. There are still a lot of unknowns...
