LPT Request: At a group dinner, how can you say you'll pay for your own bill if the understanding is splitting the bill equally? I mean, it's not that uncommon that I'll have to put 5€ - 10€ more than my fair share because of the heavy drinkers, fancy food pickers and sweet tooth enthusiasts who do multiple desserts.
