Chatbot for online store Is anyone using a chatbot in their store? How has your experience been with them? I was thinking it would be better if customers could just ask my chatbot about my current promotions, and detect hesitance from the customer too. I shopmate.chat with my company, are there any other ai chatbots worth checking.
