India stops visas for Canadians I am a Canadian and have a flight to Bangalore in November. India just announced it will not issue visas for Canadians. Would I be allowed to fly to Bangalore without a visa, remain in the international transfer area there and take a connecting flight to another country? Are there international agreements that apply to international transits?
