Gifting into a Brokerage Account as potential beneficiary I'm looking to gift a sum of money into a brokerage account, but I'd likely be a beneficiary as well.
I assume EFT from my bank account or Fidelity brokerage account to my giftee counts as a gift Are there any potential legal issues with me gifting then also being beneficiary?
