Advice please I am Poor, making 35k a year, but coming into 60k in a few weeks.... I am very overwhelmed as to what to do. I have to move out of my sisters in October. I want to get my car paid off and some smaller debts I want to pay my car insurance for half a year I would like to put away 10k in some sort of high yield CD or something. I don't have anyone in my life where I can get advice from I am also very impulsive...
