Why did bands/singers tend to put out new music so quickly back in the day as opposed to today? I've noticed that when I'm checking out an older band/singer, from like the 70's or 80's their albums will go something like this. 1st album: 1973 2nd album: 1974 3rd and 4th album: 1975 5th album: 1976 But as you get closer to present day it's more or less like this. 1st album: 2010 2nd album: 2013 3rd album: 2015 4th album: 2017 5th album: 202...
