Is it possible to put setting powder under a liquid foundation?
Is it possible to put setting powder under a liquid foundation? Does anyone do this? I ask because whenever I put on my pore minimizing primer (benefit), I love the results …but as soon as I layer my Armani liquid silk on top, the foundation takes me back to square one and removes the improvement in pore size. It’s frustrating as I can’t go foundation free and tapping the primer on top doesn’t look as smooth...
