Full time with benefits or full time per diem (no benefits) with extra $45k per year?
Full time with benefits or full time per diem (no benefits) with extra $45k per year? Just wondering which is better financially. The full time benefits include 401k (no match) as well as a Keogh retirement plan. The per diem position doesn't allow contributions to either of those (though I would then be able to contribute to an IRA each year instead), but would be less stressful as a job and gives the freedom of having side gigs...
