Cajun Shrimp and Grits This has become a once a month or so recipe for the family, quickly found itself in regular rotation. The grits are cooked in chicken stock and have plenty of heavy cream, cheese, and a dab of tomato paste. The sauce is just the shrimp pan deglazed with stock, garlic, butter, flour, heavy cream with some hot sauce/Worcestershire.
