Please suggest how I can improve my eye makeup! I'm still learning and I have no idea what will suit my eye shape. I have partially hooded eyes, so usually makeup on my upper eyelid doesn't work. So I thought, perhaps using my lower eyelid as the primary canvas is the best idea? But I don't know if it looks good honestly. Please help me figure this out 🙏
