LPT: Buy Commercial Cling Film Been doing this for a few years after my chef pal brought a roll round. Commercial cling film (or plastic wrap or whatever you call it in America) is sooooo much better. It's bigger, more robust, less likely to tangle has a much better cutting mechanism. It's just great, and resolves one of life's little hassles .
