LPT request: how to make my shift -working partner‘s life easier & nicer? I don’t work shifts, I work odd days so I don’t really fully understand what he needs. Have a partner who works in 12-hour shifts and a lot of nights. For anyone else who works shifts, what can I do to make his life more pleasant? Any tips welcome big or small
