Do you think musicians cringe too when hearing their voices in recordings? You know how you think your voice sounds totally fine when you're talking out loud, and then you hear it in some recording, and you just cringe and you wanna curl up in a ball and never go anywhere. Do you think musicians have the same reaction upon that?
