Asking for a pay cut to be eligible for SNAP I have a wife and son, and I am the breadwinner in my family. Annually, I make about $300 more than the maximum income limit for SNAP eligibility in my state given my family size. Would it be a stupid idea to ask for a pay cut from my job so that I can fall within the eligibility requirements?
