Why does 90s makeup look the way it does? To me, the overall look is so much natural than most of what we see. I pretty much grew up on cakeface, and now matter what I apply, I somehow just always look super “done up.” When I look at photos like this or this the makeup just looks so “lived in” and blended into their skin.
