Rental company informed me that the current tenant intends to renew their lease after the property was advertised as available and I already paid $50+ in application fees. Not too much to add onto the title. Is there any ground here to do a chargeback? They certainly didn't have the time to vet our application. They offered to change our application to a different property, but no comparable properties exist. Thanks.
