My Instagram is getting a lot of traction over a parody of a skit I did. I’m getting lots of love but also some haters from the persons fan saying “this is the dumbest shit ever, you suck.”. Is removing comment and blocking/reporting best way to deal with it?

Is removing comment and blocking/reporting best way to deal with it? Or should I leave comment and report and wait for Instagram to do something? Or should I do anything at all? Leave it be?
