LPT: When contractors are working at your house, fill a cooler with drinks and ice. Go spend 30 bucks on drinks and ice. Your contractors will be more inclined to give you quality work and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Everytime I've done this it has worked out well for me. For obvious reasons, don't buy beer.
