Help me not embarrass myself while making reservations. In countries that use the 24h clock, how do I say the time aloud? In the US, the 24h clock is most often used by the military, who would say something like "eighteen-hundred hours" for 18:00 or 6pm. Will most people know what I mean if I saw 6pm? 18 o'clock seems not right. Help me.
