Hit on road by vehicle. Does someone know how I can clean these images of the license plate to try and identify? Long story short, I was hit by a window from this food/pizza truck being pulled by this driver. He was on the phone and we were going 70+ mph so was unable to stop him. Any help would be appreciated!! Btw i believe that’s a TB Bucs vanity on the plate as well
