ISO dupe for L’Oréal Double Extend Mascara (NON primer side only) NO other mascara (that Ive found) is truly transfer and smudge proof like this one. I only use the mascara(not the primer/white) side and I’m looking for a dupe of just the mascara so I can get more bang for my buck! I’ve tried “bye bye panda eyes” and “telescopic” and they both transfer to my under eye 🥲
