Is there any area in or near Amsterdam where you’d avoid staying?
Is there any area in or near Amsterdam where you'd avoid staying? Amsterdam, I hear, is a very safe place in general. Safer than where I live, actually. But if I want a quiet neighborhood to sleep in at night, away from nightclubs and bars (in other words a boring neighborhood), what areas should I avoid? And who knows, there may be some dangerous area that nobody talks about
